We were having a terrible time finding books my son enjoyed reading. He always chose non fiction life science books. School wanted him to read more chapter books. We met K.J. Houtman at the Madison WI Fishing Expo- what a lucky break! We purchased the first book in the series (Whirlwind Opener), and soon were tracking down the remaining books. Wow! My son flew through these books and loved them so much he begged us to read them too! He wanted to discuss the story and share his excitement about Gus. My son loves fishing and outdoor activities-these books are a perfect fit for his interests. I highly recommend these books!Product details
